Scott Flynn
Emerging from young adulthood, Scott demonstrated a deep affinity for understanding the inherent properties of human and objective nature. His investigations spanned the physical (chemical, biological, mass, and energy) and the psychological (the unitive mindset of social business), all unknowingly serving as a singular, persistent pursuit to locate the underlying Source of Reality.
The answer arrived when Scott encountered the intimate, innate properties of Self through a profound integration. By merging the nondual Eastern knowledge of Advaita Vedanta (Nonduality) with the intelligence of Western physics, neuroscience and psychology, a love and understanding of the inherent Truth of human and objective nature arose. Experiencing this Truth directly, Scott realized with clarity: ever-present happiness is not a goal to be achieved, but the preeminent, ever-present attribute of all 8 billion of us, revealing that peace and happiness are Who We ARE.
Scott's teachings are rooted in the perennial knowledge of Nonduality, which he utilizes to directly point the sincere seeker back to their Self, allowing them to experience the ever-present peace, happiness, and love that is their true nature. Scott’s nondual understanding originates from the teachings of Nonduality, along with guidance from current teachers such as Rupert Spira and Michael James, but mostly from the 20th Century sage Ramana Maharshi—complemented by insights from prominent scholars like Albert Einstein, David Bohm, and Carl Jung. But Scott’s greatest inherent-understanding comes from thousands of hours of Self-inquiry.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Idaho and is a Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of two Certified Benefit-Corporations (B-Corps).
