Since finding Scott on Youtube I've been following the advice he gives here and I have to tell you the results have been amazing! Anyone doubting the efficacy of the practice he's outlining should suspend disbelief and try putting it into action. You get to experience the happiness inside and you have the means through self-equity to release the happiness whenever things are challenging in the outside world. Try it.
