I AM Is Unmanifested Stillness and Silence

Out of the Unmanifested-Silence, sound manifests.

Out of the Unmanifested-Stillness, activity manifests.

There appears to be duality in this understanding, yet, there is only the nondual One-Reality.

When the Silence and Stillness are known as the One-Reality, it is realized that this One is the Unmanifest manifesting, in which everything in the world is nothing other than the One-Unmanifested Stillness and Silence appearing as the many-manifested sounds and activities.

Therefore, the Substratum, the underlying One-Reality that gives apparent-existence to all that's known by an ego-mind is Stillness and Silence.

Stillness and Silence cannot be known by your mind, they can only be inherently-known by your yourSelf; I AM.

When directly-known by yourSelf that Stillness and Silence are the Substratum of creation, then Existence itSelf is known-directly—it is known that Existence, that which is Unmanifested, is Stillness and Silence.

So, to know the world in its pure-Reality is to then know yourSelf as the Unmanifested realm of Stillness and Silence.

Once attained, it will be seen that the Unmanifest does not leave itself to know itSelf, that itSelf is the Unmanifested, in which the activity of the manifestation is intimate with, yet separate from, the Unmanifestation of itSelf.

This understanding paralyzes One into the Unmanifested Self of I AM.

When the Unmanifested I AM is incapable of knowing anything other than itSelf, then Peace is experienced as yourSelf.

I AM is Silence.

I AM is Stillness.

I AM is the One-Reality, the One-Unmanifested-Reality of yourSelf.

And when you know nothing other than this Unmanifested Reality of I AM, then you know God directly as yourSelf.

For who is Unmanifested Existence other than God himSelf?
